Every individual, organization and society has both positive and negative attributes or strengths and weaknesses. Imagine Nepal believes that focusing on positive attribute or strength generates more energy than on negative attribute, weaknesses or problems.

•  One thousand AI-based facilitators trained and proactively promoting peace, social change, and development

•  One hundred thousand people in Nepal enabled/ facilitated to participate in a nation-wide process of appreciative dialogue;

•  A vibrant network established among transformational leaders, change agents, peace builders, innovators, social entrepreneurs, and other specialists in social change and reform;

•  System established for the network to collect, document, and extend breakthroughs in peaceful transformation of society, reconciliation; conflict transformation; reconstruction; risk, selflessness, and sacrifice; healing; social inclusion; empowerment; human rights; affirmative action; social justice; good governance; sustainable development.

•  "IMAGINE" networks extend to every region and all 75 districts of Nepal ;

•  Relationships strengthened with international IMAGINE movements, AI networks, and other AI-related initiatives

•  IN activities supported by mobilizing internal, in-country human and financial resources

CODE OF CONDUCT

Imagine Nepal 's members will be guided by the following qualities, norms and behaviors:

•  Imagine Nepal has adopted the Appreciative Inquiry as a way of life and its members will follow it accordingly.

•  Member will be conceptually clear on Appreciative Inquiry for sifting their mind set from traditional to tolerant and positive behavior.

•  Each member will declare their commitment on vision, values, philosophy and goals of Imagine Nepal

•  Each member commits his/her time and efforts with the spirit of volunteerism.

•  Members respect the socio-cultural diversities of Nepal and appreciate its positive core, which gives them life.

•  Respect, recognize and value the life giving and nurturing forces of individuals, society and culture.
